All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett'Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development'. 3. Site Civil Work to be done per plans approved by the City of Everett Public Works Department dated 12/17/2020.Approved plans must remain on job-site at all times. S. Inspections are required for all stages of construction.Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to formally request all required inspections. 6. Keep City streets clean at all times. No dirt, mud, rocks,or debris to be tracked onto roadway. 7. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. 8.As a condition of this permit,the attached Environmental Indemnity Agreement shall be executed by the owner prior to relocation of the extraction well. Return a copy of the executed agreement to Sabrina Good, Permit Services Manager,at SGood@everettwa.gov. 9.As a condition of the permit,the attached Property Owner Consent to Perform Work shall be executed by the owner prior to access onto City of Everett Property outside the existing easement. Return a copy of the executed agreement to Paul McKee, Real Property Manager, at PMcKee@everettwa.gov. 10.The adjusted easement will need to be recorded and submitted to the City prior to close out of this permit. Review of the draft shall first be submitted to Paul McKee, Real Property Manager, at PMcKee@everettwa.gov. 11.This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy. Request a final inspection online by selecting PW 24-Site Final within the Online Permitting Portal Inspection Requests for this permit when all items have been completed.
