The following items were noted: <br /> 1) The post and footings shown on AB A-3 INC (dated 08/13/2021) are offset from the <br /> marriage wall at an incorrect location. These post/footing locations are to be buried and <br /> centered in and over the existing stud marriage wall. <br /> 2) The existing footing at the marriage wall was found to be 16"wide and 8" deep. The <br /> concrete stem wall at the marriage wall is found to be 6"wide and 18"tall. The geometry <br /> of the existing perimeter stem/footing system provides enough bearing area to support the <br /> new 6x8 kitchen post.
