Per WSEC R406, a total of 1.5 energy credits are required. <br /> Please indicate which energy credit options are being proposed to be installed <br /> such that the total energy credit requirement is satisfied using Tables R406.2 <br /> and R406.3. Please verify and update drawings as required. WSEC 406. <br /> 2. The drawings do not appear to provide details addressing the insulation <br /> requirements for the conditioned area portion of the addition. Please provide <br /> details, including but not limited to wall assemblies and floor-ceiling assemblies. <br /> Please revise drawings as required. IRC R106.1.1 and WSEC 502.1.1.1. <br /> 3. It is unclear from the construction drawings how the roof diaphragm over the <br /> deck is resolving shear and chord forces from the diaphragm to the shear walls. <br /> Currently, Sheet S4.0 does not appear to address diaphragm connections of the <br /> proposed roof back to the existing structure.
