SCOPE OF WORK- WATERFORD APARTMENTS 2020 LAKE HEIGHTS DR. BUILDINGS D, G, AND H <br />FACP replacement with monitoring over AES radio for a total of three buildings, D, G, and H. There are <br />temporary panels currently while awaiting parts and permits. <br />Pro Comm to replace existing 2 zone conventional panel with a new combination Potter 6 Zone <br />Conventional panel/AES radio. <br />Existing devices and circuits to remain the same. Panel will be installed in a NEMA enclosure with a <br />smoke detector in the existing FACP's location (in covered, partially enclosed breezeway). <br />System will now be monitored. <br />Per Steve Goforth a heater is not required. <br />Each building to be permitted and monitored separately per Everett FMO. <br />
