• i
MORRISON HERSHFIELD
September 3, 2021
City of Everett
Building Department
3200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor
Everett, WA 98201
RE: Verizon Cell Site: SEA Deadwater Slough
Project Address: 1602 Hewitt Avenue, Everett, WA 98201
Proposal for Modification to existing installation
Greetings:
Morrison Hershfield is the Agent for Verizon Wireless processing their proposed modification to an
existing Wireless Communications Facility (WCF) located on the rooftop of a commercial building located
at 1602 Hewitt Avenue, Everett, WA 98201.
I am submitting this letter of application in support of the Building Permit Application documents being
submitted for processing and approval. The proposed modifications at this existing site include the
removal of four (4) existing antennas with replacement of those antennas with four(4) new antennas of
a different Make/Model and four (4) new RRU's (one per sector of each). Additionally, Verizon is
proposing the addition of eight(8) new antenna/RRU combination units(two per sector) and two 8'pipes
for the purpose of mounting the antennas proposed at the delta sector and shown on the attached CD's.
We appreciate the opportunity to participate in this review process and hope that you find everything to
be in order. If there are any questions I can be reached at (206) 992-1684 or via email at
Ibradley@morrisonhershfield.com.
Best regards,
MORRISON HERSHFIELD
44-liti,016adatA-
Leslie Bradley
Project Manager
WA 1 1
600 Stewart Street, Suite 200, Seattle, 98 0
