EVERETT <br />WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />Permit Services <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: ISMAIL MOHAMMAD 12713 MAPLE STREET LLC, (425) 244-0007 <br />FROM: Thad Newport I City of Everett Engineering/Permit Services, 425-257-8814 <br />DATE: 05/19/2021 <br />SUBJECT: Plan Review Comments for Building Permit Application <br />PROPOSAL: CONVERT GARAGE INTO (4) ONE BEDROOM DWELLING UNITS <br />LOCATION: 2713 Maple AVE <br />PERMIT#: B2101-051 <br />A review of this project by the Engineering/Permit Services Division indicates that the following revisions <br />should be made and/or the following conditions must be met: <br />Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans accordingly, <br />prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions regarding the <br />comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's Public Works plans <br />reviewer, Thad Newport, at TNewport@everettwa.gov (or 425-257-8814), or the other reviewers listed <br />depending on the scope of the question. Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works <br />reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter <br />from the Building Reviewer and/or the Planning Reviewer for architectural, landscape, or other types of <br />drawings. <br />1. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal once all <br />requested revisions have been made: <br />a. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter (and included herein for your use upon <br />resubmittal). <br />b. Plans: (2) full size sets of revised plans <br />c. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised report if necessary. <br />The Permit Counter is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from <br />1:00pm-3:00pm (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch) and on Tuesday from 1:00pm-3:00pm. <br />2. Because frontage improvements are triggered please provide an updated site plan showing 12-foot wide <br />sidewalk entire width of parcel with required street tree wells. Also, provide a table showing new and <br />replaced hard surface areas. If net new hard surface area is 200 square feet or more the site plan will need <br />to show stormwater management BMPs to meet Flow Control Performance Standard outlined in section <br />6-10 in the City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications and a drainage report will <br />need to be submitted as well. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
