Note that because the design was <br /> substantially changed from a 4-unit to a 2-unit building between the first and second reviews, this effectively represents <br /> only the second review of the currently proposed project. In addition,the drawings submitted for the second review did <br /> not contain sufficient structural information to perform a comprehensive review, and therefore this review represents <br /> only the first review of the structural design. <br /> Multiple comments have not been sufficiently addressed and require additional action. As we discussed,the <br /> architectural aspects of the design appear to be substantially complete. However,the structural drawings are generally <br /> incomplete and mostly contain general notes. The framing plans are generally unchanged from the drawing submitted <br /> for the second review. Additional comments have also been included based the review of the revised drawings. A copy <br /> of the review letter is attached. The word document is provided for your use in responding to the review comments. <br /> Please contact me if you have questions.
