Everett Forward Grant Program | Subrecipient Agreement | Page 14 <br />Exhibit B: Scope of Work <br />Project title <br />Project brief (attach additional pages if necessary): <br />Everett Skates <br />The Everett Skates initiative is a collaborative project between the Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish <br />County's Everett unit (located at 2316 12th Street) and the City of Everett. <br /> <br />The project will be run by the Everett Boys & Girls Club (EBGC), engaging youth, 7-14 years old and <br />up, in mentoring activities, academic success and skateboard instruction. The program will engage <br />youth and provide weekly activities to keep Everett youth involved in productive activities with <br />positive mentors and caring staff. <br /> <br />Eligible Expenses include: <br /> <br />Wages and salaries <br />Contract labor <br />Program supplies <br />Operations <br />Marketing <br />Facilities <br /> <br />Other terms: <br /> <br />Sub-recipient will provide the City with a list of suppliers for federal debarment check prior to the <br />commitment of funds. <br /> <br />All payments are subject to a federal debarment check and approval by City Finance Director. <br /> <br />Payment schedule: <br /> <br />Payments to the sub-recipient will be made quarterly upon the grantee's submission of required <br />documentation, along with a completed Payment Request Form (Exhibit E).
