Questions: <br /> 1) 1 have an ADA compliant Restroom for the customers. I want to have another restroom for the doctor/staff. Do all <br /> restrooms have to be ADA compliant or can I have a smaller second bathroom not meeting ADA guidelines ? <br /> 2) 1 want to build/move some non-load bearing wall partitions to build operatories. Do I need to get a building permit <br /> for the same?
