Most vehicles were <br /> inoperable,some with obvious damage and some with severe damage.The vehicles were uncovered <br /> and parked upon non-approved surfaces.The owners stated many trees have fallen due to weather and <br /> wind and I observed some tree trunks had been cut,and large piles of dead tree trunks and branches are <br /> piled near the parcel edges.The piles of tree trunks and additional piles of discarded items,junk and <br /> vehicle parts are also within 300 feet of a stream mapped in the Graphic Information Software used by <br /> the City. <br /> The presence of uncovered inoperable vehicles is a violation of EMC 8.22.030,which reads: <br /> Notice and Order Page 1 of 6 <br />
