The cover must be in <br /> good condition and must be replaced if it is torn, weather-beaten, <br /> or acquires any other defects. Tarps and makeshift covers do not <br /> meet the requirement. <br /> 2. Reduce the total number of vehicles on the exterior property to not <br /> more than 4. Also ensure only vehicles belonging to the property <br /> owner or a resident are stored on the property. <br /> Description of Date(s): 9/6/2023 <br /> Violation and codes The uncovered and damaged condition of vehicles parked on <br /> violated: (Notice(s) unimproved surfaces, and which are exposed to rainfall, poses a water <br /> of Violation and/or quality risk that contaminants may discharge to groundwater to which <br /> other enforcement a stormwater system discharges, are violations of Everett Municipal <br /> document(s) issued Code, which read: <br /> are attached to this EMC Provision(s) Violated: <br /> Agreement) EMC 14.28.140 Illicit discharges and connections. <br /> A. Prohibited Discharges. No person shall throw, drain, or otherwise <br /> discharge, cause or allow others under its control to throw, drain or <br /> otherwise discharge into the storm drainage system or any receiving <br /> waters any materials other than stormwater.
