failure to correct the violations cited in this Notice may lead to the suspension, revocation, modification, <br /> and/or denial of current or subsequent City of Everett permit applications on the Property. <br /> TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP: It is unlawful to sell,transfer, mortgage, lease, or dispose of the Property unless <br /> the property owner has complied with EMC 1.20.090. <br /> RIGHT TO APPEAL:Any person named in the Notice and Order or having any record or equitable title in the <br /> property against which the Notice and Order is recorded may appeal the Notice and Order to the <br /> hearing examiner within 14 days of the date of service of the Notice and Order.
