I do not include comments on structural revisions as they will be under separate letter <br />by Engineers Northwest. Below I have listed the sheet number and narrative for clouded revisions <br />made to the drawings. <br />TA1.0 <br />1. Per your architectural review comment number 1, 1 have added "DESIGN TEAM REVIEW" <br />below the index of drawings where I stipulate the design team will review metal stairs and guardrail <br />at the mezzanine edge. <br />2. Added "(UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT)" to deferred submittals on deferred submittal list. <br />J, <br />TA2.1 l � ,- ,�'- d� « r��Q�; ��,�F,� ; �� �=r_ rl' 1 -1-,F r^ , <br />/1. Egress: The second egress from the mezzanine is part of the phase II work and will be in <br />place prior to use of the storage mezzanine. <br />/ 2. Accessibility: The phase II addition will provide a connection between the phase I storage <br />,mezzanine and Phase II warehouse space that provides level access to an elevator and accessible <br />entrance to the building. <br />TA3.0 <br />1. Detail 17/TA3.0 has been revised. See structural has been removed from note on guardrail <br />attachment.
