Inc. representative was on site today to inspect the adhesive anchor installation-spoxy. <br />Upon anlving on site met with rontmclor. Location & design noted. Coutuclor drilled the holes horizontally on <br />existing saw cut slab in between approx. gnillines A-13114-19 at mezzanine level and installed the 5/8" diameter <br />smooth round dowels with minimum embedment 4-1/2" Q IS"o/c with epoxy as per 4/542. All holes were cleaved <br />withthe appropriate wire brush and an compressor. Epoxyuscd was Hilti HIT-HY 200-11 V3 with an expiration date <br />of 12131/2023. An adequate amount of epoxy was used to completely encapsulate the embedded portion of the <br />anchors.
