At the time of my visit, all structural steel <br />members, including columns, beams and X-bram. were in place, and fit -up of most <br />connections was complete, with boiling and welding in progress. Only a small area of steel <br />Floor deck was in place. At the frame footings, hooked dowels per 21S4.2 were in place, and <br />holes for epoxied -in continuity rebar were drilled into the slab perimeter. All items that I was <br />able to observe appeared to conform with the approved structural plans. <br />Please note: While this report makes reference to observations of certain items of work, it <br />should not be construed that other work not mentioned was acceptable or even observed.
