On the demolition permit, we have
contractor SMK Construction with license number SMKCOC*784M7. On your recent utility permit
application, we have contractor JDX Excavation with license JDXEXE*782P7. In the details of bath
permits, we have owner listed as contractor. If there is a contractor for this work, then we will
require their WA state contractors license number and their City of Everett business license
number. Otherwise, if the homeowner is performing the work themselves, please let me know and I
can update the application.
LandandPermits.com is a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor
#LANDPC*774BZ and will be the contractor of record. I am the contact and I have
attached a copy of the Everett business application that is awaiting issue.
With regards to utility permit 02211-049, I have marked that permit as "Denied" due to your
property being outside of City of Everett sewer limits. The property is connected to the Mukilteo
Water and Wastewater District so you will need to contact them for sewer requirements.
The owner is Submitting a cut and cap permit application this week with
Mukelitco Water
Lastly, in your demolition permit application, you indicated that the property is connected to
electricity. In order to process your demolition permit, we will require you to apply for an electrical
permit for disconnect. This permit can be applied for and obtained online. Please note, if you are the
homeowner performing this work, you will need to complete our homeowner affidavit and include it
with your electrical permit application. Here is a link to the affidavit:
