EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The data provided in this Drainage Report will be included as a part of the Stormwater Site Plan and Smnnwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). This additional technical information is provided for the purpose of evaluating the proposed new development and to comply with the requirements set by the Everett Municipal Code (14.28) and the 2019 Stornnwatcr Management Manual for Western Washington (SMMW W). The project site is located on the southeast comer of the intersection of Dakota Way and 100w Street Southwest in Everett, Washington, within City of Everett limits. The project site is approximately 0.53 acres and bas ground slopes that range from 2%to 8%to the south. There are no existing buildings on the parcel. Swamp Creek passes through the southeastern portion of the property via an existing enclosed pipe. The parcel is covered in lawn. On -site soils in the arcs of development are consistent with Alderwood-Urban land complex. On - site stormwater appears to sheet flow and infiltrate into the existing native vegetated areas. The proposed project consists of construction of two single-family residences (SFR, f3,420 sf w/overhang) with two asphalt driveways (f910 st) and two concrete perking areas (t535 sf). The proposed development will be located in the northern portion of the site. Smrmwater runoff from the proposed SFRs will use Splashblocks, and stomrwater from the proposed driveways will use sheet flow dispersion. Due to the type of soil on site, together with other Best Management Practices (BMP) used on this proposed project, it is expected to meet the intent to provide both flow control and stormwater treatment.
