EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The data provided in this Storrnwder Pollution and Prevention (SWPP) Narrative is provided for
the purpose of evaluating the proposed new development and to comply with the minimum
requirements set by the City of Everett Municipal Code and Stormwater Management Manual
for Western Washington 2019 (SMMW W).
The project site is located on the southeast comer of the intersection of Dakota Way and 100
Street Southwest in Everett, Washington, within City of Everett limits. The project site is
approximately 0.53 acres and has ground slopes that range from 2 % to S% to the soutb. There
are no existing buildings on the parcel. Swamp Creek passes through the southeastern portion of
the property via an existing enclosed pipe. The parcel is covered in lawn.
On -site soils in the area of development are consistent with Alderwood-Urban land complex.
On -site stormwater appears to sheet Bow and infiltrate into the existing native vegetated mess.
The proposed project consists of contortion of two single-family residences (SFR, t3,420 sf
w/overhang) with two asphalt driveways (t910 at) and two concrete parking areas (f535 sf).
The proposed development will be located in the northern portion of the site. Stormwater runoff
from the proposed SFRs will use Spinhblocks, and stormwater from the proposed driveways
will use sheet Flow dispersion.
Due to the type of soil on -site, together with other best management practices (BMPs) used on
this proposed Project, it is expected to meet the intent to provide both erosion control and
stormwater treatment. For additional information, refer to the SWPP Elements below and the
SWPP Plans.
CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE:
I. Arrange and attend pm-constmction meeting with the city.
2. Flag clearing limits as indicated and install SWPP measures.
3. Construct buildings and driveways.
4. Stabilize disturbed land surfaces.
