Existing drainage ditches, culverts, etc. shall be kept clean at all times. <br /> 4. Maximum amount of open trench shall be 400 lineal feet. <br /> 5. All construction material strung along county right-of-way must be placed a safe distance from the traveled roadway. <br /> 6. Street surfaces shall be cleaned at the end of each days operation. <br /> 7. A Dept.of Public Works Traffic Control permit may be required prior to construction. Signing,flagging &traffic control shall be in accordance with the M.U.T.C.D. &Snohomish County standards. <br /> 10.
