Prior to recording of the BLA <br />documents with the Snohomish County Auditor, the following items need to be completed: <br />1. Stake and set all perimeter property corners and new corners. Email Grace Pollard for an <br />inspection. <br />2. Effective November 2020, BLA requirements are now located in EMC Title 19. Please update the <br />Planning Director approval block prior to final submittal. <br />3. Submit a Title Certificate current to within 30 days. <br />4. Submit Declaration of Ownership forms or alternatively, update the face of the map with a <br />Declaration of Ownership title block featuring notarized signatures from all property Owners. <br />5. Submit two original Record of Survey Boundary Line adjustment maps. The maps must meet the <br />recording requirements of the Snohomish County Auditor's office and BLA Map Checklist. <br />Include Boundary Line Adjustment number REVI22-022 and remove all building setback lines <br />(BSBL) from the final map. <br />Once the above items are completed, you will be contacted by the City once the BLA map has been <br />signed and is ready for pick-up. For the BLA to be valid, the map, Declarations of Ownership, <br />Declarations of Legal Documentations, and conveyance documents shall be recorded at the Snohomish <br />County Auditor. The BLA is not deemed complete until the recorded conformed copy is returned to the <br />City. <br />The items noted above must be completed and submitted within six (6) months of the date of <br />preliminary approval or this approval will be void. The required items must be completed and recorded <br />by November 28, 2022. <br />for Y.
