2. Everett wishes to work with purveyors of public services such as Mukilteo School District, to <br /> enable them to meet the requirements of the Growth Management Act, to include their <br /> seeking mitigation of facilities costs created by new construction and resulting population <br /> growth; and, <br /> 3.
