DEMOLISH AND OR REMOVE EXISTING ABOVE GRADE STATION <br />COMPONENTS. <br />2, REMOVE EXISTING CABINETRY AND SINKS, CAP ALL PLUMBING <br />LINES WITHIN A CONCEALED SPACE TO REMAIN. <br />3, REMOVE EXISTING INTERIOR/EXTERIOR DOOR AND FRAME, <br />REMOVE ALL ASSOCIATED TRIM. DOOR& CASEWORK. AND <br />HARDWARE TO BE SAVED AND REUSED AT THE DISCRETION OF <br />THE CONTRACTOR. <br />4. REMOVE EXISTING NON -BEARING WALLS TO EXTENT INDICATED. <br />BOTTOM PLATE AND TOP PLATES TO REMAIN WHERE NEW INFILL <br />WALLS ARE TO BE BUILT. REMOVE CORRESPONDING WIRES, PIPES, <br />ANCHOR EOLTS, AND INSULATION, <br />S. REMOVE EXISTING GARAGE DOORS AND ASSOCIATED <br />HARDWARE. <br />6. REMOVE EXISTNG LOCKERS, <br />7. REMOVE EXITING EMISSION TESTING EQUIPMENT THAT IS AT AND <br />BELOW GRADE. REMOVE AND CAP CORRESPONDING UTILITIES <br />CONNECTED TO THIS EQUIPMENT. <br />S. REMOVE EXISTING WINDOW OR RE -LIGHT WINDOW, <br />9. REMOVE EXISTING FLOORING. <br />10, SAW CUT AND REMOVE EXISTING PLYWOOD (INSIDE) SO WALL CAN <br />BE INSULATED. <br />11, REMOVE EXISTNG ASPHALT TO EXTENT OF HATCH AT MINIMUM. <br />CONTRACTOR MAY DECIDE TO EXPAND EXTENT OF REMOVAL. <br />12. REMOVE SWEET ROCK OR PLYWOOD AND BASE TRIM ON INSIDE <br />OF WALL TO ACCESS STUD BAYS FOR HOLD-DOWN INSTALLATION. <br />13. REMOVE SIDING TO APPLY NAILING PATTERN TO REINFORCE <br />DOUBLE STUD MEMBERS ADDED FOR HOLD DOWNS. <br />GENERAL DEMOLITION NOTES <br />I.
