Please respond to <br />comments in the table's response column provided. Redlines are provided in a separate document. If you have any questions regarding the <br />comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's Public Works reviewer, Andrew Huang, at AHuang@everettwa.gov. <br />Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a <br />separate comment letter from the Planning Reviewer for comments related to this construction permit, or from the Building Reviewer for architectural, <br />structural, or other types of drawings. <br />Electronic Resubmittal: Please send a downloadable link containing the following documents to AHuang@everettwa.gov upon resubmittal of these permit <br />application documents: <br />Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Services Lobby or online here: Transmittal sheet (PDF) for your use upon resubmittal. <br />Plans: Revised Civil Plans- latest civil design responding to these comments plus land use conditions. <br />iii. Drainage Report. <br />The permit counter is temporarily closed; however, the upstairs lobby is set up for a drop -box system of hard copy plans for resubmittal, but you may also <br />email them to me directly. Please review the City's Permitting Procedures During Temporary Office Closure policy (PDF).
