Establishment results in a gain in wetland acres. <br /> Based on the guidance provided in Table 37.2,when impacting Category IV wetlands, a creation <br /> ratio of 1.5:1 must be provided as compensatory mitigation. This impact to creation ratio is <br /> commensurate with the mitigation guidance that the City of Mukilteo requires for permanent <br /> impacts to Category IV wetlands by the City of Mukilteo (MMC 17B.52B.100(B)(2) Table 2).
