Stuart, f or <br /> the sum of Two hundred dollars ( 200.00), of the following de- <br /> scribed property belonging to the City of Everett, to-wit ; <br /> Beginning at a point at the southwest corner of Lot Eight (8) <br /> in the Lake Addition to the City of Snohomish; running thence <br /> east 115 feet along the south 1 ne of Lot Eight (8) to the <br /> true point of beginning; thence north 264 feet; thence east <br /> 200 feet more or less, to a point 15 feot west of the east line <br /> of Lot Eight (8) ; thence south to an intersection of the north- <br /> erly line of the County road to the Sanatorium; thence south- <br /> westerly along the northerly line of the County road to thb <br /> Sanatorium to the Marysville County road; thence northerly a- <br /> long the easterly line of the Marysville County road to a point <br /> due south of the true point of beginning; thence due north to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett no, longer has any need far <br /> the property e..bove described; and <br /> WHEREAS, an offer of Two hundred dollars (4200.t40) in <br /> cash has been made to the City of Everett for such property by <br /> Lyle M. Stuart, which sum is deemed by the City Council to be a <br /> fair consideration for such property. Now, Therefore, <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT .DES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City of Everett sell and convey to <br /> Lyle M.
