Section 2: That the cost , and expense of such improvement, including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in-the assessment dis- trict herein created in accordance with law. The City of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the costs and expenses of such improvement, except as provided in Chapter 141, Session Laws of 1923, and Ordinance No. 2126 of the City of Everett. Section 3: There is hereby established a Local Improvement • District to be called Local Improvement District No. 495 , which district shall include the following described property: Lots 1 to 8, Inc., Block 669, Plat of Everett. Lot C. and D. Block 670. Tunnel Addition. Lots 19 to 26, Inc. , Block 670. Plat of Everett. Lots 8A, 9, 9A, 10A, and 10 to 18, Inc. , Block 671. P15.t of Everett. Lots 18A, 19 and 19A., Block 671. Plat of Everett. Lots 1 to 10, Inc., Frac- tional Lot 11, Fractional Lot 30, Lots 31 to 41, Inc., Block 679. Plat of Everett . Lots 1 to 9 Inc. , Fraction- al Lot 10, Fractional Lot 29, Lots 30 to 38, Inc., Block 680. Plat of Everett . Section 4: A special fund is hereby created to be called Local Improvement District Fund No. 495 , which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied and collect- ed on the several lots and parcels of land in said local improve- ment district, and the proceeds of the sale of the bonds of said district, for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses of such improvement; out of said fund shall be paid the bonds, the interest thereon and the entire cost of such improvement.
