ORDINANCE NO. 2443 <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and as- <br /> sessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 484 for the im- <br /> provement of Rainier Avenue, from 15th Street to 16th Street, by <br /> the installation of a 6-inch water main and its necessary appur- <br /> tenances, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete <br /> improvement under Ordinance Jo. 2399 of the City of Everett, levy- <br /> ing an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts <br /> and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issu- <br /> ance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance there- <br /> of. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERE'II DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1.: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- <br /> cal Improvement District No. 484 for the improvement of Rainier <br /> Avenue, from 15th Street to 16th Street, by the installation of a <br /> 6-inch water main and its necessary ap_,urtenances, and doing all <br /> other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete <br /> improvement under Ordinance No. 2399 of the City of Everett, as <br /> the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things ap- <br /> proved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land <br /> or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be <br /> specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount <br /> charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against <br /> the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon <br /> said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, <br /> tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said <br /> -roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. <br /> Section 3: That the 19th day of August , 1929, is hereby <br /> fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be is- <br /> sued on account of said improvement . <br /> Section 4: The City of Everett may sell said bonds and make <br />
