ORDINANCE NO. 2443 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and as- sessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 484 for the im- provement of Rainier Avenue, from 15th Street to 16th Street, by the installation of a 6-inch water main and its necessary appur- tenances, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance Jo. 2399 of the City of Everett, levy- ing an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issu- ance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance there- of. THE CITY OF EVERE'II DOES ORDAIN: Section 1.: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 484 for the improvement of Rainier Avenue, from 15th Street to 16th Street, by the installation of a 6-inch water main and its necessary ap_,urtenances, and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2399 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things ap- proved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said -roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. Section 3: That the 19th day of August , 1929, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be is- sued on account of said improvement .
