ORDINANCE NO. 2439 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Wetmore Avenue, from Hewitt Avenue to Everett Avenue, by the construc- tion of a one-course Portland Cement Concrete pavement, or oth- er suitable pavement, making necessary water main chainges, making old work conform to new and doing all other work neces- sary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No, 5482 of the City of Everett, creating an assess• ment district, creating a local improvement district fund therex for, providing that said improvement be made by special assess- ment upon the property in said district under the mode of pay- ment by bonds. WAS, by Resolution No. 3482 of the City of Everett, t the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to or. der the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve. ment in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the ' City Engineer; now, therefore, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN; Section 1: That Wetmore Avenue, from Hewitt Avenue to Everett Avenue, be improved by the construction of a one-course Portland cement concrete pavement, or other suitable pavement, making necessary water main changes, making old work conform to new, and doing all other work on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement according; to the plans and spec. ifj.cations prepared under the direction of the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved.. Section 2: That the cost and expense of such improve. ' ment, including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment
