@FAIVEM <br />D E S I G N S T U D I O <br />Dear, Kurt Keck <br />9/15/2021 <br />Regarding the project Frying Lemon Fish, Permit #: B2002-033, 2616 Colby Ave. Everett, WA 98201-2922. <br />This is a tenant improvement change of use from Retail to A-2 restaurant. The fire sprinkler system listed <br />under deferred submittal was a typo. We will not need a fire sprinkler system because we designed two furred <br />out (2) hour fire barrier walls (GA. File No.WP 7070) on the north and south side walls creating a 2 hour fire <br />resistance barrier between our space and both adjacent spaces. Because we used the 2 hour wall fire <br />separation, we do not need a fire sprinkler system.
