M. and distant 822.9 feet easterly from the southwest corner of said Section 36, Township 29, North Range 4, E. 4 . M. ; thence from said point of beginning running north 15° 26' 50" west a dis- tance of 212.7 feet; thence along a curve to the left whose ra- dius is 2864.9 feet for a distance of 564.2 feet; thence north 26° 43' 50" west 220.8 feet ; thence along a curve to the right whose radius is 1146.3 feet for a distance of 547.0 feet, the end of the improvement, be improved by clearing, grubbing, grading and grav- eling, also drainage, and doing all other work necessary in con- nection therewith to make a complete improvement according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved.
