Bonds No. 1201 to 1400, Inc. , shall be payable on January 1, 1942. <br /> Bonds No. 1401 to 1600, Inc. ,." shall be payable on January 1, 1943. <br /> Bonds No. 1601 to 2000, Inc. , shall be payable on January 1, 1944. <br /> Bonds No. 2001 to 2400, Inc. , shall be payable on January 1, 1945. <br /> Provided, however, that said Everett may, at its option, at any time after <br /> the expiration of ten years from the date of said bonds, pay any or all of <br /> the bonds then remaining outstanding. Said bonds shall be payable at the <br /> office of the City Treasurer of Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, or <br /> at the office of the State Fiscal Agency of the State of Washington, shall <br /> be issued in conformity to and as provided by the laws of the State of Wash- <br /> ington, and shall be in such form and bear such date as may hereafter be <br /> prescribed by the City Council of the City of Everett. <br /> Section 4 : That a special bond election shall be and is hereby <br /> called to be held in the City of Everett on the 4th day of May, 1929, for <br /> the purpose of voting thereat, by the qualified electors of said city, up- <br /> on the proposition of ratification or rejection of the system or plan in <br /> this Ordinance proposed for the making of said additions, betterments and <br /> extensions and the issuance of bonds to provide for the payment therefor, <br /> as in this Ordinance proposed, said election to be called and carried on <br /> in the manner provided by law. <br /> Section 5 : The system or plan proposed and the proposition submit- <br /> ted shall be voted upon in the following manner, to-wit : <br /> Every voter at said election desiring to vote IN FAVOR of said pro- <br /> posed issue of bonds for said above mentioned proposition as described in <br /> this Ordinance and for the construction, operation and maintenance of a di- <br /> version dam and intake on the Sultan River, in Township 29, North Range 8, <br /> E.W.M.; a pipe line and tunnel from the said intake to Lake Chaplain; a dam, <br /> spillway and control works for storage of water in Lake Chaplain; a pipe <br /> line from Lake Chaplain to a connection with the existing water system of <br /> the City of Everett; all necessary valves, blowoffs,tunnels, bridges, <br /> and other structures and appurtenances necessary for the construction, con- <br /> trol and operation of said pipe line ; and such improvements to the existing <br /> water system in Everett as are necessary to make the water from this source <br /> available for domestic and industrial supply, shall pull the lever on the <br /> voting <br />
