. the existing water system of the City of Everett; all neces- sary valves, blowoffs, tunnels, bridges and other structures and appurtenances necessary for the construction, control and opera- tion of said pipe line ; and such improvements to the existing wa ter system in Everett as are necessary to make the water f rom this source available for domestic and industrial supply, and for the is- suance and sale of general negotiable serial coupon bonds of the City of Everett in the sum of 804)00.00, bearing interest at the rate of not to exceed six (6) per cent. per annum; the various an- nual maturities of which general bonds shall commence with the sec- ond year after the date of issuance and end thirty years after such date, and shall, as nearly as practicable, be in such amounts as will , together with the interest on outstanding bonds, be met by an equal annual tax levy for the payment of said bonds and interest; and for the issuance of special water revenue fund bonds in the sum of 1,200,000.00, maturing serially f rom tee, (-1) 1 m,,,, C/..5 to . / years from date of issue, / bearing interes@' the rate of not to exceed six (6 ) per cent. per annum, and payable out of revenues of the Everett Water Sys- tem only.
