These comments address electrical issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2022 National Electrical Code,) (2020 Chapter 296-46B WAC rules,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2015 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue,it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. The load calculations as required by WAC 296-46B-900(3)(h) are not correct on both panels P1 and DP1. The total connected load is reduced from the panel schedule to the breakout itemization in the formula for the demand factor to get the demand load. All required submittals shall be sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
