Qualifications and Relevant Experience <br /> <br />A. Briefly describe your company. Include how long the company has been in business. <br /> <br />Founded in 1985, IMS has operated continuously as <br />the premier municipal pavement and right of way <br />(ROW) asset management firm in the United States <br />and Canada. IMS was the first firm to bring automated <br />pavement evaluation to the North American market, <br />and we have kept that innovative mindset by <br />continuing to implement state-of-the-art data <br />collection and processing technologies. <br /> <br />In May of 2022, IMS merged with International <br />Cybernetics Company, LP. ICC manufactures precision <br />pavement testing hardware for government agencies, <br />civil engineering firms, and roadway contractors <br />globally. The combination of IMS and ICC yields <br />decades of experience with pavement engineering and <br />analysis, software development, automated data <br />collection equipment manufacturing, and ROW <br />mapping. <br /> <br />B.
