Unique Knowledge: <br />Worked with the US Army Corps of Engineers for more <br />than a decade developing PAVER. <br />Kurt’s Primary Responsibilities: Ensures the team has available staffing and equipment. Provides <br />subject matter expertise and guidance to the team and ensures project deliverables enable the <br />City to prioritize improvement projects while maximizing available funding. <br />Sadaf Khosravifar, PhD, PE <br />Project Manager <br />14 Years’ Experience/2 with IMS <br />Has worked with all team members on one or more State <br />of Washington projects. Unique Knowledge: PhD in <br />Pavement Engineering; fluent in several pavement <br />management systems, including Cityworks. <br />Sadaf’s Primary Responsibilities: Works closely with the City to ensure project objectives, <br />deliverables, and schedules are met for project success. Overall project management including <br />quality, schedule, and budget adherence. <br />Geoff Dew <br />Director of Operations <br />17 Years’ Experience/4 with IMS <br />Has worked with all team members on recent projects, <br />managing the data processing team and associated tasks. <br />Unique Knowledge: 500,000 miles of data processing for <br />12 DOTs, including delivering more than 3.5 million unique <br />assets across 70 different asset types. <br />Geoff’s Primary Responsibilities: Efficient management of the data processing team with an eye <br />on integrity. Expert management of field crews and equipment to promote schedule adherence. <br />Megan Foshee, EIT <br />QA Manager <br />3 Years’ Experience/1 with IMS <br />Recent graduate of the Civil and Environmental <br />Engineering Master’s Program at Auburn University, EIT in <br />California, OCTA certified pavement rater. Unique <br />Knowledge: WESLEA, MEPDG, PerRoad, KENPAVE, <br />FlexPAVE, and Evercalc proficient. <br />Megan’s Primary Responsibilities: Ensures the highest quality deliverables are prepared by <br />working closely with the project manager and QC/QA technicians. Develops the project-specific <br />DQMP plan with required specifications for the City’s approval. <br />Dave Bratton, PE <br />Project Engineer <br />12 Years’ Experience/12 with IMS <br />Project manager for recent Tehama County, City of Pico <br />Rivera, City of San Luis Obispo, California projects; OCTA <br />certified pavement rater. Unique Knowledge: Fluent in <br />Cityworks, StreetSaver, PAVER, Lucity, CarteGraph, others. <br />Dave’s Primary Responsibilities: Reviews and assists with data processing and project <br />deliverable development. Performs QC functions as a peer reviewer.
