The Duplex that burned down is built with a separate firewall making the Al and A2 virtually 2 structures. Would this help with getting us a demo permit for unit Al? It truly is a risk to the adjacent occupied townhomes and getting the ability to start on this work while the weather is optimum only helps the city of Everett's limited affordable housing. It seems there should be some discretion on a demo permit for this project, it's been sitting halfway burned down and boarded up since December. I would be more than happy to meet a building inspector or planner onsite if you wanted to see it in person? Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks again! i
