1 <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of the <br />Mayor’ssignature belowand is between the Cityof Everett, a Washington municipal corporation <br />(the “City”), and the person identified as Service Provider in the Basic Provisions below (“Service <br />Provider”).
