Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In a competent and professional manner, Service Provider shall provide the following <br />services (hereafter referred to as “Work”): <br /> <br />Brand identity including concept development, initial drafts, and final concept for the <br />Wendt and Mayor’s Arts Awards <br /> <br />Deliverables include: <br /> <br />Digital, vector and/or print files for: <br /> <br />Tri-fold invitation/program, size TBD, City to provide previous year’s files <br />Digital web banner, size TBD <br />Social media graphic – template <br />Event/winner poster(s) – template <br />all design elements for the City to use in for marketing purposes <br /> <br />
