old lumber, redecking and replacing all necessary stringers, <br /> caps, guard rail, etc. ; also necessary water main changes, and <br /> doing all other a° ork necessary in connection therewith to make <br /> a complete improvement under Ordinance 'vo. 2381 of the %ity of <br /> Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in <br /> all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to <br /> be benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> against the same and that the assessment appearing against the <br /> same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon <br /> said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each <br /> lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing up- <br /> * <br /> on said roil the amount finally charged against the same there- <br /> on. <br /> Section 3: That the, 25thday of February , 1929, <br /> is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required <br /> to be issued on account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4 TheCity of Everett may sell said bonds and <br /> make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances <br /> of said city. <br /> ,:.a�a yy <br /> y -erh <br /> 1>. <br /> Passed: January 2, 1929 . <br /> Published: January 4, 1929. <br />
