2 , z • ORDINANCE NO. 2419 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 481 for the improvement of the 14th Street Trestle, from the Nor- ton Avenue Extension west right-of-way west 1085 feet more or less, by the removal of old lumber and redecking, also, where necessary, placing new piles, caps, sway braces, stringers and hand rail, making necessary water main changes and doing all other work in connection therewith to make a complete improve- ment under Ordinance No.2392 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, • tracts and parcels of land, as shown on said roll, providing for the isspnace of bonds therefor and fixing the date of is- suaace thereof. THE CITY OP EVERETT DOE ORDAIN: Section 3.: That the assessment and assessment roll of .
