ORDINANCE NO. 1415 • An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 472 for the improvement of Federal Avenue, from Edward. Avenue to 35th Street, by the installation of a 6-inch water main and its neces- sary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement Under Ordinance No. 2376 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the . , several lots, tracts and parcels of land, as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: • Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 472 for the improvement of • Federal Avenue, from Edward. Avenue to 35th Street, by the in- stallation of a 6-inch water main and its necessary appurten- ances, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete , improvement under Ordinance No. 2376 of the city of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown. on 2aid roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assess- ments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
