Improvement District No. 477 for the improvement of the alley in Block 624, between Colby and Hoyt Avenues, from California to Everett Avenues, by grading to proper grade, construction of a one course Portland cement con- crete pavement full width, installation of necessary drainage and complete construction of a sewer and its necessary appurten- ances, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2383 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land, as shown on said roll, pro,. 0r; viding for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of issuance thereof. THE CITY OP ,ONHETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 477 for the improvement of the alley in Block 624, between Colby and Hoyt Avenues, from California to Everett Avenues, by grading to proper grade, construction of a one course Portland cement concrete pave- ment, full width, installation of necessary drainage and corn» plete construction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improve- ment under Ordinance No. 2383 of the city of Everett , as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things ap- proved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment ap- pearing against the same is in proportion to the several as sessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied
