Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County November 30, 2023
2320 California Street, Everett, WA. 98206
Time of Day Pilot Customer Participant Agreement, Amendment 1- Everett Facilities Department, City of Everett_
Final _ Nov 29, 2023
Karen Schraven, Resource Conservation Program Manager
City of Everett, Facilities Department
Re: Data Access Notice
The purpose of this letter agreement between the Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County
(“District”) and Everett Facilities Department (“Participant”)is to provide notice to Participant regarding
their access to near real time meter data effective January 1, 2024.
TOD PROGRAM DATA ACCESS
The TOD Program is a pilot offered by the District to help the District develop, with the benefit of the pilot
experience, a standard time of day rate for commercial and industrial (“C&I”) customers. The District will
continue to provide Participant with a Monthly Analysis Report (MAR) that identifies the monthly usage and
charges related to their participating facility (ies) including a comparison of charges on applicable standard
Rate Schedules (20, 25 or 36) to the charges on the TOD Schedule in keeping with Agreement Section A.2.
The District will, in keeping with Agreement Section A.3, provide participants with an online tool that allows
participants online access to their interval energy and demand data on a daily basis. As of January 1, 2024,
the Participant’s interval and energy demand data on a daily basis will be available via the District’s data
access tool called MySnoPUD. MySnoPUD is an existing no charge tool provided by the District to all of its
customers. MySnoPUD user training and instructions will be provided by the District at a time convenient
to Participant. This transfer to a District online data access tool is intended to help support the creation of a
standard CI time of day rate.
The Participant, by executing this letter agreement, confirms their agreement to rely on MySnoPUD for
online access to daily energy and interval data as specified in this letter agreement. Except as specifically
amended by this letter agreement, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect.
If the foregoing is acceptable to you, please sign and date this letter agreement in the space provided below
and return it to me.
Regards,
Rob McManis
Rob McManis, Sr. Executive Account Manager
Key Accounts, Snohomish County Public Utility District
(SIGNATURES ON THE NEXT PAGE)
