• ORDINANCE NO. 2410 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 476 for the improvement of the alley between Oakes and Rockefeller Avenues, from 33rd to 34th, by grading to proper grade, slagging and do- ing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement un- der Ordinance No. 2382 of the city of Everett, levying an asses- sment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of` land as shown on said roc, providing for the issu- ance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance there- of. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 476 for the improvement of the alley between Oakes and Rockefeller Avenues, from 33rd to 34th, by grading to proper grade, slagging and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- ment under Ordinance No. 2382 of the city of Everett , as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things ap- proved and confirmed. Section 2; That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assess- ment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other pro- perty appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
