This was briefed to the City Council on 11.8.24. As explained in the coversheet for the Riverfront ordinance (CB-2310-59), in order to make the changes to the development agreement authorized by the proposed ordinance, corresponding revisions must also be made to the Amended and Restated Property Disposition Agreement (ARPDA), which is a separate agreement that governs certain Riverfront real estate matters. This action item authorizes the Mayor to sign an ARPDA amendment making those changes.
