AN-700 (03/21) 12 Alliance 2021 <br /> <br />7.13 We will suspend or postpone the processing of any transactions under this Contra ct when any of <br />the following events occur and prevent the Company from processing transactions under this <br />Contract: <br /> <br />a. a natural disaster or another emergency occurs; or <br /> <br />b. trading on the New York Stock Exchange (or its successor exchange) is restricted; or <br /> <br />c. a State Insurance Department restricts transactions for the protection of Contract Owners; or <br /> <br />d.
