If the City determines that any of the proposed amendments are not minor, the <br /> project shall be processed as required for the original application meeting all the <br /> requirements of this Ordinance and providing an additional public notice to all <br /> property owners within the original project area. <br /> 5. Notice of Correction: <br /> The Director may authorize corrections to the recorded final division map or <br /> other documents required by the City. The City will provide the applicant with <br /> the appropriate notice of correction form. It is the applicant's responsibility to <br /> provide all necessary maps or documents and pay all required fees and record <br /> the corrections as necessary. For the purpose of this Ordinance, a correction is <br /> the act of correcting an error on a map or document to bring it into conformity <br /> with the standards of this Ordinance or applicable survey standards as required <br /> by State Law. <br /> 6. Withdrawal of Preliminary or Final Approvals: <br /> Except in the case of formal subdivisions as provided in RCW 58.17.170, if a <br /> division of land or boundary line adjustment application was procured by <br /> misrepresentation, lack of material disclosure or erroneous information, or if <br /> there was deficient public notice as a direct result of the applicant or based on <br /> erroneous information or, if in the opinion of the Director, a substantial change <br /> in conditions of approval has occurred and construction has not commenced, the <br /> City or Hearing Examiner may withdraw its approval of the project and require <br /> the applicant to correct the application. If the approval is withdrawn, the City <br /> or the Hearing Examiner shall issue a new decision on the application consistent <br /> with the review processes and standards of this Ordinance. <br /> D. Appeals <br /> Any appeal of a decision relating to a division of land or boundary line adjustment shall <br /> be filed as defined in Ordinance No. 2136-96, as amended and Ordinance No. 2137-97, <br /> as amended. <br /> E. Delegation <br /> Whenever the terms of this Ordinance specifically authorize the Director or the City <br /> Engineer to perform specific acts, the Director and City Engineer are hereby <br /> authorized to delegate those specific responsibilities to members of their respective <br /> staffs. <br /> F. Transition <br /> All completed applications for a division of land or boundary line adjustment which are <br /> properly filed with the City on or after the 15`'' day following the validation date of this <br /> Ordinance, shall proceed in full compliance with the requirements of this Ordinance as <br /> it presently is or is hereafter amended and State law. All other completed applications <br /> for divisions of land or boundary line adjustments which were filed prior to the 15 <br /> day following the validation date of this Ordinance shall comply with the requirements <br /> 78 <br />
