It was found that the outfall has concrete blocking three-quarters of the pipeline. The project is <br />needed to restore capacity to the outfall pipe. The Port of Everett is the landowner and has agreed to equally <br />split the cost of construction with the City of Everett. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize a Call for Bids for the Puget Sound Outfall No. 6 Reroute Project. <br />23 <br />
