This <br /> purchase approved on the 2016 vehicle replacement list will replace a 2008 Elgin Sweeper. The current <br /> vehicle will be surplused following delivery of the replacement. <br /> Invitations to bid were sent to three potential bidders, advertised in the Herald, and posted on City State <br /> website. One response was received from Enviro-Clean Equipment,Inc.
