The current <br /> lease term expires on December 31, 2018. Austin Java wishes to assign their lease interest to Innova <br /> Corporation dba Espresso Americano as provided for under Section 14 of the Lease. <br /> By virtue of this assignment,the City,Austin Java, and Innova Corporation dba Espresso Americano also <br /> wish to amend the lease to add two additional options to extend the Lease for a maximum of four (4) <br /> additional three(3) year periods. All other lease terms remain unchanged. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Lease Amendment No. 2 with Austin Java assigning the lease to Innova <br /> Corporation dba Espresso American for space at Everett Station. <br /> 123 <br />
